This ain't it.
Not that I don't like it -- I do. But for now, at least, I'm keeping it so that I can post comments on the blogs of other people. At some point here I'll probably break from Xanga's orbit, and when I do you'll be able to visit me here. Until then...
Cheers!

You know, dahling, you can post on blogspot from xanga~but I think you should keep this blog anyway because it's fun. Southern Russia? Am I one of your odd people? And what movie is the one about the game? I've never seen that.
I signed you up for Peruvian Connection. Thought you'd like those clothes. Too bad they're so expensive, but the style reminded me of you anyway.
Thanks for all the comments on my site! And thanks for wising me on to Etsy! It's driving me INSANE with new ideas.
I am writing a new book. It's actually going to be along the lines of Waiting For Birdy only more ironic humor from my point of view about pregnancy/birth and less about the reactions of a firstborn to a new baby (obviously). So far I have written the chapter on breastfeeding. It turned out rather hysterical. Speaking of writing, did Hannah get that email I sent about the Writer's Digest competition? She should enter. You have a word limit of like 2000 words, so they're short entries, but you get to pick from several different categories and grand prize is a trip to NY where you get to show manuscripts to publishers (and also $3000 but who cares about that?). Anyway, if she didn't get it tell her to let me know and I'll resend her the link.
Love you muchas!
It is cute, isn't it? Sort of spare and classy. It'd almost be a shame to clutter it off with updates. *grins*
Southern Russia makes perfect sense to me -- go far enough south and you only have to dig a few yards at a shallow angle before you're in China! Brilliant, no?
Of course you're one of my odd people, funny girl.
'The Greatest Game Ever Played' is, believe it or not, a golf movie. It's claims to my affections are as follows: Shia Lebouf is really good as the lead, his little co-star is hilarious, the presentation is all-around classy, and it makes the game of golf look interesting! Oh, and it's got really whacked opening credits -- if you ever watch it, you'll know what I mean.
Oh my gosh!! YOU signed me up! That's hilarious -- seriously, I was trying to figure out how the catalogue came to us in the first place, and that didn't even occur to me. Well, this is proof (if proof was needed) that you know me very well. Thanks!
Oooh, yeah, Etsy is a bit dangerous that way... :P
And that would be an awesome book to write! Such humor is never without an audience, and I often felt that 'Birdy' would have fared much better without Ben anyway. *grins*
Hannah says she got the link, and thanks very much!
Luvs you back!
blogger is better. =)
Yeah. . .hope you don't mind. . I was bored one day so I signed you up for all my favorite "bill me later" catalogs. Just kidding, they're all free. You'll probably be getting Free People (for ideas) and Anthropologie (for the pictures) soon. Much love!
funny thing xanga is... i have the same problem... even though no one uses it anymore.
