In other news, Jonathan will also soon pass me up in height (he'd be the brother ten years younger than me, if you recall) which means I will finally get a big brother!

I have this crazy idea that I may or may not give up on, but I'm pretty sure you can help =).
I can so not afford to buy clothes from Free People. However, I got this crazy idea that maybe I could sew one or two that I like. My mom has a really cool sewing machine that almost never sees the light of day. But tell me, how do I re-create something I see in a magazine when I have neither a pattern nor experience in sewing? Am I reaching too high to think I could do this?
